Ritch Mueller represented BBVA Bancomer, Caixabank, Natixis, MUFG, Bancomext, IDB Invest and European Investment Bank as lenders, in connection to the financing of the Villanueva I, Villanueva III and Don José Solar projects, having an aggregate capacity of approximately 1 GW. The project companies are subsidiaries of Enel Green Power and CDPQ.
