Ritch Mueller represented Bancomext, Natixis and Société Générale, in the financing of a 375 MW photovoltaic power project located in the State of Aguascalientes, Mexico. The energy to be generated will be sold to CENACE, as the electricity market clearing house, under a coverage power agreement awarded to the borrower under the third long term CENACE auctions.
