Heather participated in GRR Live 4th Annual Restructings Conferece, as speaker in the panel “More PEMEX, more problems?”, in which they discussed how the new government has put PEMEX in front and center of his energy policy despite it being the most heavily indebted oil company in the world. Local and international investors – already concerned by the government’s willingness to scrap major projects – are now worried about PEMEX being bailed out.
