Héctor Garza participated as speaker at the Border Environmental Forum XXV, in the panel 5 "Environmental Justice and Social Inclusion", in which several experts discussed how can safeguards be put in place to make sure that neglected or overlooked segments of the population are protected and included.

This event hosted by the North American Development Bank, brought together experts and innovators in a broad range of environmental topics whose knowledge and innovations could be replicated along the U.S.-Mexico border region to strengthen the efforts while improving the environment and boosting the economy in a sustainable and inclusive manner for all its residents.
