- Challenges to overcome - What are the tax, legal, capital risk, and construction challenges of a flexible asset? What are the ways to overcome them?
- Lessons learned - What characteristics should the next projects have? How important are flexible spaces? Is the user ready for these developments? What are the roles of sustainability and technology?
This event gathered more than 300 of Latin America's most influential real estate leaders, to discuss challenges and business opportunities in the region.
