On February 7th, LatinFinance announced the winners of the Deal of the Year Awards 2021, where it recognized the most outstanding financial transactions in Latin America, as well as the individuals and institutions involved.
Ritch Mueller was once again the winner of the Law Firm of the Year in Mexico award, and was also recognized for its participation in the following awarded transactions:
- Syndicated Loan of the Year: Coppel MXN40 billion sustainability-linked loan
- Corporate High-Grade Bond of the Year: Femsa euro-denominated sustentability linked bond
