Alejandro has more than 30 years of experience as one of the most recognized tax advisors in the market, with a special focus on the financial industry. He has provided tax advice on numerous M&As, as well as to various private equity funds in the structuring, investment, and exit of funds. Additionally, he has been actively involved in most initial public offerings (IPOs) of various asset classes both in Mexico and abroad, and he offers ongoing wealth planning advice to Mexican families.
