Daniela Solis Navarro focuses primarily on transactional matters, specialized in energy and infrastructure development and project finance. Daniela has represented both developers and lenders in transactions that include tolls, gas pipeline transportation projects, solar and wind farms, cogeneration and power projects.
She has participated in structured financing transactions and her experience also includes energy joint ventures and international offering of debt securities for energy and infrastructure projects in Mexico and Latin America.
Daniela worked as a Foreign Associate for Latham & Watkins, Latin America Practice Group in the offices of Chicago, Washington, D.C., and New York from 2017 to 2019.
