Asaf Jiménez has participated in financing transactions for more than 22 years, with particular focus on project finance transactions in the electricity and other infrastructure sectors, where he has represented developers, investors and financial institutions. His project practice encompasses transactions involving Federal and local public private partnerships, public works and other public procurement schemes. His M&A practice also relates mainly to transactions in the sectors mentioned before.
Asaf has substantial experience in financing transactions involving federal, state and municipal governments, providing advice to debtors, creditors and credit rating agencies.
From 2006 to 2007. he worked as a foreign associate in the projects and energy group of Clifford Chance, in Washington D.C.
