Represented Spruceview Capital in the establishment of a structure and issuance of certificados bursátiles de proyectos de inversión (CERPIs) in Mexico for USD$300 million.
In the telecom, media and technology sector, he has notified several mergers before COFECE and the IFT and has provided advice in immunity applications and investigations for anti-competitive practices.
