Juan Carlos Pérez Rocha Caudillo joined the firm in 2019. He specializes in Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets.
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
    Juan Carlos Pérez Rocha has experience advising issuers and underwriters in equity and quasi-equity public offerings, including capital development certificates (CKDs), investment project certificates (CERPIs), Fibras-E, and asset securitizations. 

    He has also advised asset managers in capital calls, as well as in the establishment and operation of private equity funds; financial institutions in the structuring of credit facilities for Mexican private sector entities and buyers in M&A transactions.
  • RELEVANT TRANSACTIONS
    • Represented Engen Capital, in the securitization of a portfolio backed by various assets through the structuring of Capital Notes.
    • Represented Mexico Infrastructure Partners, in the structuring of a Fibra-E named Fibra EXI, as well as Fibra EXI in the issuance of CBFEs through an initial public offer and distribution to investors of EXI Funds.
    • Represented Toyota, Engenium and TIP México, in connection with their loan and lease securitization transactions in México.
    • Represented Thor Urbana, in connection with the establishment of a private equity fund, through a public offer of MXN$3,600 million of certificados bursátiles fiduciarios de proyectos de inversion.
    • Represented BBVA Bancomer, in connection with the structuring and implementation of an issuance program of Warrants (Títulos Opcionales) of MXN$250,000 million.
    • Represented Actinver Casa de Bolsa and Santander Casa de Bolsa, as underwriters, in connection with the restricted public offering of energy and infrastructure fiduciary certificates issued by the FIBRA-E ORIÓN Trust.
    • Represented Engen Capital, in obtaining an asset backed credit facility.
    • Represented Mexico Infrastructure Partners – EXI III, in connection with the offering of over MXN$9,600 million of certificados bursátiles fiduciarios de desarrollo (CKDs) that includes a co-investment mechanism through the issuance of optional certificates.
    • Represented Discovery Americas, in its acquisition of Colegio Anne Sullivan located in the State of Mexico.
