Represented Toyota, Engenium and TIP México, in connection with their loan and lease securitization transactions in México.
Represented Thor Urbana, in connection with the establishment of a private equity fund, through a public offer of MXN$3,600 million of certificados bursátiles fiduciarios de proyectos de inversion.
Represented BBVA Bancomer, in connection with the structuring and implementation of an issuance program of Warrants (Títulos Opcionales) of MXN$250,000 million.
