Luis Miguel Posadas has more than 16 years of experience advising underwriters and issuers in debt and equity offerings in Mexico and abroad. As to his experience in mergers and acquisitions, he has advised purchasers, sellers and financial advisors in the process of acquisition of both private and public companies. 

Luis Miguel also has substantial experience in real estate transactions, where he has participated in major financing and restructuring transactions advising domestic and foreign financial institutions. 

From 2019 to 2020 he worked as a Foreign Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, in New York, United States.
