The securities were issued in one tranche under PEMEX’s medium-term notes program.

The debt offering was of 2.500 percent notes due 2022, floating rate notes due 2023, 3.625 percent notes due 2025 and 4.750 percent notes due 2029. The securities were issued under Pemex’s medium-terms notes program in reliance on Regulation S. The tender offer was for PEMEX’s outstanding 3.750 notes due 2019 issued under Regulation S.
Represented Minera Autlán in its joint venture with Fisterra for the acquisition of the majority shareholding of two renewable energy projects in Mexico for an aggregate amount of USD$19.1 million.
Represented BBVA Bancomer and Banobras in the refinancing of the senior and subordinated bonds issued by a trust set up by Promotora y Administradora de Carreteras, the concessionaire of the Mexico – Toluca highway, which included a MXN$4,500 million senior facility by BBVA Bancomer and Banobras and a MXN$5,000 million subordinated facility, both backed by the toll collections pertaining to the initial section of the Mexico – Toluca highway.
Represented México Generadora de Energía Eólica, a subsidiary of Grupo México, in the financing by BBVA Bancomer and HSBC México for the purchase of the wind farm
“El Retiro” located in Oaxaca, México in an amount of USD$148 million from Gamesa Energía and Cableados Industriales.
