Represented Mexico Infrastructure Partners America Latina, EXI LATAM, in the public offer of certificados bursátiles fiduciarios de proyectos de inversion (CERPIs), for an amount of MXN$3,000 million for its third private equity fund focused on investing in energy and infrastructure projects in Latin America.
Represented Ainda, Energía & Infraestructura in the implementation of a strategic alliance that provides for the participation of Impulsora Inverza in the capital and the corporate governance of Ainda, Energía & Infraestructura, as well as a coinvestment mechanism with Ainda’s energy and infrastructure fund (CKDs).
