Ritch Mueller represented the banks in the negotiations of the credit facilities and their execution, from a Mexican Law perspective, in the refinancing of PEMEX's (Petróleos Mexicanos) debt through a USD $5.5 billion revolving credit facility agreement and a USD$2.5 billion term loan facility agreement by 23 banks.
