Ritch Mueller represented a syndicate of banks led by BBVA México, Banco Santander México, and Scotiabank México, in a MXN$10,000 million term loan and a USD$500 million revolving credit facility to Grupo Televisa and certain subsidiaries for the refinancing of existing debt.
