We represented HSBC Bank USA, as administrative agent and HSBC México, HSBC, as sole lead arranger and bookrunner, in the preparation, execution and delivery of the incremental amendment to the senior unsecured credit agreement to Axtel for an amount of MXN$6,000 million.

We represented Bank of Montreal, in its capacity as Administrative Agent, and to the lenders, in (i) an amended and restated credit agreement pursuant to which certain senior recurred revolving credit facility to Argonaut Gold, was increased to an aggregate amount of USD$50 million; and (ii) the corresponding amendments to the relevant Mexican security documents to Bank of Montreal.

We represented Comexhidro and affiliates, in the sale to Thermion and affiliates, of their equity interest in Energeo and Energeo Los Molinos, holders of the permits and land rights to develop a wind farm of up to 171MW in the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico.

We represented Natixis New York Branch, as a Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, in connection with (i) a secured Bridge Credit Agreement dated February 16, 2018, among Solar Park Viborillas, as borrower, and Viborillas Green Park, as guarantor, for an amount of USD$100 million in connection with the development and construction of a 127.5 MW photovoltaic power plant and associated electrical substation and interconnection line, located in Las Viborillas, Mexico, in the municipality of Ojuelos de Jalisco, and (ii) the Mexican security package related thereto.

We represented SMBC Aviation Capital in connection with the negotiation, drafting and execution of the lease and other documentation with respect to three Airbus A320 to Volaris.

We represented Aviator Capital and related entities, in connection with the financing of three Embraer ERJ 190-100 currently leased to Aeroméxico Connect.

We represented Textron Aviation Finance Corporation and Textron Financial Corporation, in connection with the leases of six corporate jets (Bell 407, Hawker Beechcraft, Bell 505, Textron Aviation 680, Textron Aviation T206) to different Mexican operators.

We represented The Bank of Nova Scotia, in a third amended and restated credit agreement pursuant to which the credit facilities to Fortuna Silver Mines, were increased to a total aggregate amount of USD$120 million.
