We represented GLL Real Estate Partners, a German real estate fund manager, in the financing and acquisition of 80% of a Class A office building located in Lomas de Chapultepec, one of Mexico City's prime office areas. Also, as part of the transaction, we advised GLL in the reconfiguration of the lease structure of the building and the partnership with the remaining owners of the 20% of the building.
